Behind every collection there is an inspiration behind the charm that resonates a promise of possibility. Even if you don’t quite know exactly what the artist had in mind there is a good chance that one look and sentiment of glamour, charm, and new world sophistication becomes available at your fingertips. Erin Fetherston must of envisioned just this for her autumn / winter 2014 New York Fashion Week presentation at the W Hotel last week in New York.
There’s something romantic and exciting about lace and rich textures that move in a roundabout manner; this was definitely present in Erin Fetherston’s fashion style. The flow of chiffon, statement skirts, and cocktail dresses ranging from flirty, to sexy slim, and even a bit flared for the presentation was enough to start getting excited about next seasons winter hues. I especially loved the creative way Erin Fetherston added little pop over tops and pearl embosomed gloves to accompany the long black evening gown with a pop of pink.
How stunning is the Evergreen off the shoulder cocktail dress, and green floral lace mid elbow dress! Absolutely love Erin Fetherston’s refined feminine, fun, with a touch of flirty floral NYFW show.
