If any of the faces of “Life Unexpected” look familiar to you, it’s not a case of double vision, but rather a pleasant blast from the past. Life Unexpected premiered on the CW last night, filling the usual Monday night Gossip Girl slot. Shiri Appleby, former Roswell star, and Kerr Smith, of Dawsons Creek are rounding up a double take on the CW.
