They say all that glitters is glittering gold and if you remember the season finale of Gossip Girl than surely you can’t forget Serena Van Der Woodsen stunning gold gown. It was beyond dazzling and definitely showed that every girl should showcase themselves from the most authentic angle possible. After all, your wedding day along with every day should be about dressing to fit your style and persona. If you were a Gossip Girl fan like I was, then you already know that Serena Van Der Woodsen was anything but ordinary with her couture, style and ready to conquer Manhattan look. So in all fairness we kind of expected a little gold glam sparkle to complement her wedding to lonely boy, Dan Humphrey.

Remember Blair Waldorf, she took it a step further and wore a light blue wedding ball gown, pushing even farther away from the traditional “white.” To each there own seems to be the philosophy of designer Armine B Spoke who celebrated her bridal collection preview last week in her Studio City store. The bridal dress preview party was done with a taste for decadence, with models in the store window each wearing a special Armine B Spoke wedding ball dress. Because no two personalities are the same, it’s only fair to assume that each bride should get to have a hand in designing her dream gown. The models and event was gorgeously decorated with gold glitter and lavish accents.

Guests enjoyed a festive flair for wedding fashion, along with gold glitter chocolate dipped fortune cookies.
