The Basque Country maybe known for sweeping views but one bite into the gastronomical sensation that is the “traditional” Basque dessert and you may become a hooked devotee. Part of traveling to new places is experiencing the cuisine that’s native the region; and being a super dessert fan it was hard to skip a pananderia which is the Spanish word for bakery in Spain. Yes, one peep through the window and your untimely desire to want to become a confectioner taster and bread connoisseur takes hold as you feel the essence and taste of delicious desserts of San Sebastian!
