Christian Louboutin is definitely one of those splurge purchases, the ultimate sparkle in your step. It’s a status step and a sparkly one at that. I suppose that if it’s soaked in Swarovski crystal and it sparkles with a signature red sole than these Parisian pumps are the epitome of dream shoes. But one must wonder whose dream it is? Would you want a super sparkly Christian Louboutin crystal platform pump like the ones I saw while perusing Bergdorf Goodman’s incredible shoe displays? Or would you settle for something a little more tamed and be pointed in the right direction, Louboutin style of course!
