Are designer trends trending away from their luxury imbedded roots looking for new markets? It sure seems that way! First Jimmy Choo makes a contract with H&M and now Sonia Rykiel will also be designing a less expensive collection for H&M. There is something unique and exclusive about designer’s status queue, interestingly enough their stepping down and making the luxury lines more accessible to the public. This could be exciting for Sonia Rykiel fans, and H & M stores across the country.
I’ll definitely be curious to see what kind of pieces are designed for H&M, after all Sonia Rykiel’s stunning designs are something out of the ordinary. Just check out actress Kate Bosworth at the Paris fashion show presentation of Sonia Rykiel for H&M. The apricot and gold sheath bow was couture friendly fun. I loved the stunning cocktail dress, absolutely unique and representative of couture.
Kate Bosworth rocked the oversize bow with oversize sequin glam.
